Yes, unfortunately we did 2 things:
1. Listened to the U.N.
2. Thought we had weakened Saddam enough to where the Kurds in the north and Shiites in the south would be able to topple him.
We did provide some support by creating the no-fly zones. Now we are going to finish what we should have done 12 years ago.
