Jolene, some questions:

1) Have you ruled out virus?
2) Are you running an anti-virus? Try switch it off.
3) What other software runs on this machine vs. the other machines?
4) What other unique differences in the machine/OS environment are there between this machine and the other ones?
5) Have you tried copying a new copy of the exe onto the problem machine?
