Unless the truth pokes them on the nose, some will never believe. And even then many will only swat it away. For every source of information on the U.S. side there is ten sources of mis-information on the other side. Whose side is being honest? You cannot 'prove' anything to someone that does not want to see or hear it. Truth is never 'the real truth' but only perceived as truth in the world today. Our media withholds information to prevent the enemy from knowing our battle plans and our exact location and allow family members to be notified in the case of POWs or casualties. To many, that is controlling the media. Depends on which truth you want to believe because there are sources for different 'truths' everywhere.

I know this. I have personally spoken with actual witnesses of the Iraqi soldiers using civilian shields when fighting to prevent coalition soldiers from firing back. I have personally spoken with individuals that have been in Iraq for over a year and have worked with Iraqi civilians, military, the Kurds in Iraq, and OTHER nation's soldiers IN Iraq that do not exist acording to that nation's government and citizens. I trust these sources because I worked with them myself in dangerous situations in the past and know them to be honest. I have worked with the military of many nations myself in the past when their government and citizens INSISTED they did not exist in that country. Yet, I am not there in person as a witness now and even if I were, if Al Jazeera did not film it, then it did not happen in today's world.

>>If I may add to your excellent list: The United States will choose a puppet Iraqi for president who will turn out to be a worse bastard than SH. When it comes to choosing leaders (domestic and international) we have a great record! :)
