When using Amyuni PDF converter v2.10 in debug mode,
the PDFenableprinter method seems to fail, causing an error
loading print driver message to come up.

It works fine when not in debug mode.

This is a bit of a nuisance when trying to debug a program.
Has anybody else seen this happen, and if so is there anyway to
overcome this?
