In Bolivia, ca. 600 coca growers attacked offices of U.S. projects in Bolivia. They put two computers and a motorcycle on fire, and took some other items away.
Notes:
1) There have been conflicts for quite a while between the coca growers, and the "alternative projects" that try to replace the coca with other plants.
2) As some of you may already have read, now that the war started, all around Latin America there were renewed protests against the U.S. (there are always protests, every now and then).
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
