Sorry to hear about the problems.

The best way for testing this is to use the Visual Basic Example that comes with the installation. There is a compiled version of it for easy use.

It sounds like the credentials are not being accepted, so try using the test program to login with your user name and password.

If you keep getting problems, contact softeng@seekfordsolutions.com
They can step you through the issue, or possibly test your server for the reason of failure.

I have never used West Wind components, so I can't directly compare their technology. I can say however that Seekford Solutions, Inc's technologies are in use by many companies worldwide with great success.
