I may have messed up the term. But I want to control the remote machine using Netmeeting or something, but the thing is that on my end there is a Internet connection and on the clients end there is a phone line attached to his modem on his computer.

The thing now is that I hook onto the net using something? I dial the clients tel. no. and get connected.
