You are right.
I don't know why I had to do it.
When ever we have new computer in our company I used to copy the program librery to the new computer and it's worked well.
Long time I didn't use with the setup program, perheps my 'clever' user playd with somthing (it is not the first time...) - the problem was with old computer that worked till now.
Anyway after the setup it's working.
