Just a speculation on my part, but could be that grid is destroyed before GHL is destroyed and this causes some undesired effects. I think, Nick coded against this problem as well, but I could be wrong. Do you have any code in Unload/Release/Destroy methods, which may be blamed for the problem?

And I think, there is a property in GHL, you should set. Check out the documentation.
