I want to do the Web equivalent of a Windows dialog box ... IOW, have another web page popup so the user can enter information which may or may not be passed back to the original web page. I don't want this to come up in the same browser window, I want it to be like those annoying popups that you always get when visiting certain web sites.

Can this be done easily (without javascript)?
