Thanks, That worked fine but now I have a problem with CREATEOBJECTEX()

Having determined where the dll resides (and assuming in this instance that the dll was registered on that machine) I proceed with
o2=CREATEOBJECTEX('Oliver.GeoffBmp','\\YOTTA')
I get a class not registered error (YOTTA is the name of the computer).

yet
o2=CREATEOBJECTEX('Oliver.GeoffBmp','')
works fine.

Wherefore I go wrong???
