These recruiting firms are filling these positions with people who aren’t experienced enough to know better or some poor schmuck who needs the

Jon - alas - this has been the case in the IT recruiting industry [sic] for the past 30 years.... So - you either need to get used to and be proactive - or you need to start your own IT recruiting firm and do it *YOUR* way - whatever that way is. There are other entities besides IT Recruiting Firms where you can 'find work' - have u looked into any of the professional organizations both on a National and Local level???
