Because of the new VFP 8 AllowSimultaneousFetch property for views, using VALIDATE DATABASE in earlier versions of VFP results in "Bad property types or lengths" errors for any views created in VFP 8 or that have this property set with DBSETPROP(). That's the only other issue I'm aware of.
