Title:
Change of source class
I put an OLE active X control containing a linked BMP picture on a form. When I run the application on other machines than my own, on some the OLE error 0x80040008 "Linked Object's Source Class has changed". occured. So far I can pin down the problem to the fact that on those machines the BMP is not linked to Windows Paint by default. My question is: "Is this indeed the problem and how can I solve it?" The most preferred solution would be a kind of re-direction at the start of the application.
Taking advantage of the situation: has someone a code example of how to make a (2D) bar graph within Graphics Server (the pinnacle one)? The example I'm looking for must be based upon a createobject() from a bar subclass of the msgs_graph class. I'm especially interested in how to pass data, labels etc to such a class.
Thanks in advance
