I am using the VFPOLE DB provider to extract data from foxpro tables. When I am using my local database, the response is quick. When I go the LAN the response can be timed with a calendar.
Any tips on improving performance?
How many records are you pulling from the network? ADO.NET is not FoxPro where you pull 100,000 records in a heart beat.
