Didn't know about the 10 mil. inhabitants that is a surprise. That could make it one of biggest cities worldwide with Tokyo, New York, Cairo and Mexico city.

Its appeal though as a city because a lot of cultures and peoples can relate to it whether Turks, Arabs, Europeans or Greeks and it's beleieved to be the next romantic city after Paris.
