You can use a streaming format rather than a fixed file. If you stream the data it can't be saved directly. Microsoft has some tools for creating streaming media data although the quality of that stuff is pretty bad. Real Audio too has tools for this...
But a better choice maybe to publish only a section of the audio instead of all of it, or publish it only in passable audio quality, so that people can check it out but not necessarily 'just take it'. The main reason for this is that it's much easier to do this than the streaming stuff whcih requires that you have multiple audio formats potentially...

What we want to do is to provide a link, the customer clicks the link, and they can listen to the recording. However, we don't want them to be able to download the recording to their computer.
