When I boot, I have this error in the event log:

The ATI TV Wonder Video Capture service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

However, I have no service related to that ATI TV Tuner. Anyone has an idea of where it is coming from?
