Hey Nadya it's very simple. Multiple ways.
-Check the color floating on start up :) Blue - pro, Green - home
-Open control panel and go to system. First page (General) says either Professional or Home.
-In control panel check help\about. Besides version it also says Professional (blue background) or Home (Green background) just below title bar.

5.1 means you've either XP or .NET server. No more detail on that (apart from build number)

AFAIK IIS doesn't exist in Home version, not sure if you can install on Home edition. If you can it should be under Add remove programs\Add/remove window components.
