I looked at the Web site that seems to be related to the organization (based on other postings in this thread. If it is a scam at all, it doesn't seem to be either the Nigerian scam, and at the first look, it doesn't look like a pyramid scheme (another popular scam) either.
Just take a good look what they offer you for your money - it is possible that they charge high fees for admittance to an "exclusive club" that later turns out to be quite worthless.
Or it may be a valid business, after all.
