If running IIS on XP home is a problem, do a search of the web for the Apache web server. It should work on XP home without any limitations as to number of connects. The windows version is a snap to install. You would need to check the doc for configuration of the Apache Web Server. If I'm not mistaken, Apace should run all you ASP pages just fine. Apache can be download from the internet and it's free.
