I wondered where all my lost packets have gone and am delighted to hear they are being put to good use. However, my wife's hairdresser's second cousin says that the whole internet could be 6000% faster if Internet Explorer was better optimised to harness untapped resources like this. She says that the Chinese Space program is in cahoots with Microsoft to encourage packets to go AWOL so they can be used by big companies to avoid paying internet fees.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
