Based on what KenL said in an earlier post on version content I ASSUME yes, the licensing is the same too.

I've gone back to my VFP7 (non-MSDN and off-the-shelf) license and it is similar, saying "... (b) the Redistributables only operate in conjunction with Microsoft Windows or Windows NT operating system products, (C)...".

I have no idea, but it was that thread, actually, that caused me to pause and consider when I read the restriction.
