Is there a way to stop services that are set to Automatic but will not start. What is happening is I have 3 services that say "stopping" but never stop. This is also preventing me from running Regedt32 or any other executable like third party registry edit software. I can't run CMD.exe or Regedit or Regedt32.exe. Ironically, the box comes up and is functioning near normal. Thanks.
