Something I learned from the military,” You can delegate authority but you cannot delegate responsibility”! So if Microsoft had someone else do the work they should be responsible for the end result.

What a feeling of confidence one would possess with a package of software which is “the wrong color”. Now there could be several good explanations for this:

1. The people responsible are color blind.
2. Microsoft has redefined the names of colors and did not tell everyone.
3. They are trying to see if you are observant.
4. They really do not care. :)
