Nadya, you should be able to download from the following link:

apache_2.0.44-win32-x86-no_ssl.exe
The program will install to ./program files/apache2 by default. I like to change the path to something like c:/apache2 so the program is not so deep down the tree. Once it's installed, reboot your computer and then type the following into you browser address
http://localhost
This will bring up the default apache web page located in ./apache2/apache/html which is your root doc directory where the default index.html page will be found.
I am currently running a Red Hat 7.3 apache 1.3.27 web server for production. I also have IIS 5 and apache2 on my window XP Pro comupter which I use for development.
