There has to be a way since VFP does it for the views but it probably involves some obscure work with the ODBC API, perhaps from an FLL or some such. Oh well, if this stuff was easy...
On another note, I lived in Atlanta for 8 years. Spring up here means watching for the lakes to melt. I saw fish houses on a nearby lake just a couple of weeks ago.
