I've got a problem trying to get an app (.EXE from VFP 7 SP1) to connect to SQL (2K). In the InstallShield project I've got the MDAC 2.5 checked in the merge mods and the SQL driver checked in the ODBC section (no DSN). The InstallShield project compiles ok and the install on a Win2k machine goes ok. The problem is it will not connect to the SQL server. I get a "SQL system level error 126.." I cannont even manully create a DSN, the SQL driver is listed but will doing anything.

I have tried to use MDAC 2.6 instead and including version 2.5. If I run the MDAC 2.7 SP1 (from MS) it will connect. I have not problems installing on XP. Any idea?
