No. Can't Regedit won't come up. Can't even install a third party registry editting program. It tells me that there is something wrong with the path. CMD.exe won't run, Regedit won't run. It's really strange. In Services,
Logical Disk Manager says "starting", Windows Install says "stopping", Utility Manager says "stopping", and Netmeeting Remote says "stopping". Can't edit the registry through conventional means. Thanks.
