Yup, Martin. It were almost 150 in two days. When VFP 7 was released though, there were almost 200 in two days. I think that the drop has happened because VFP 8 Beta was presented there on October 2002, therefore most of the people already knew what would be presented.

Anyway, it's always good to have Microsoft doing an official launch event. :)
