Mistakes? Those guys out there in Iraq should be better prepaired and their electronic toys better developed and tested before going to war to murder innocent civilians.

It remembers me an old brazilian saying: "pepper in the (cooked) fish's eye is (considered to be) seasoning" ("pimenta no olho do peixe é tempeiro"), meaning that if you're are not the one getting the pepper in the eye, it's JUST seasoning!
