What surprised me most was that the child is 9 years old. My daughter is 11 and I know where she is at all times. My daughter has to ask my permission to leave the yard let alone go anywhere (ok, I may be alittle strict). I cannot imagine any parent not knowing that their child was at an internet cafe 24 hrs/day? I guess they do not even bother to check to see if he is there for meals or bedtime and don't worry if he is not. I agree, unbelieveable!

>>I agree. I also see a potential conflict arising over who is at fault - the internet cafe (for letting children stay all hours without supervision) or the parents for not being responsible for the child.
