Are you running this from a compiled APP or EXE with the program "mapierror.prg" file included? If not, then the problem is likely that the current directory is no longer set to the directory where the program resides (i.e. it implicitly does a SET DEFAULT TO directory). Outlook and Outlook Express have a tendency to change the current directory on you without warning (typically you'll notice that the current directory immediately changes to Outlook's home directory).
