All indexes are cdxs. The records do not show up when you are browsing the raw data with an index set unless you issue a reindex command. In the application is also doesn't show the new record in a grid or doing a find to locate the record by the identifier that is unique. The application is on a network sever and compiled in VFP 5.0. I did recompile in VFP 6.0 and it didn't seem to have the problem, but the office only has VFP 5.0 and doesn't want to upgrade at this time.
