Based upon your premise above I could declare you a murderer because there is no proof that you WILL NOT DO IT IN THE FUTURE even though YOU HAVE NEVER DONE IT IN THE PAST.

As to the next paragraph where you ask why not take over from now on? I thought you had the answers, not me. Fernando you are the one that declares that this is America's intention and that you are justified in fearing this, not me. I see no proof in our history to justify your fear. I'll discuss it again when and if America ever takes over a country and owns it after a war for democracy (unless the citizens of that country vote to be a part of the U.S. in some shape of fashion which would be democracy in play not America's doing but I do not see that happening either).
