Hi. The code there is a READ EVENTS. Maybe not v. helpful.

I have tried removing all anti-virus software - but it doesnt help. It happens c. 30 of the calls to this routine on some machines but not others.
There seems to be no correlation with OS and we have the error in 98 NT and 2000.

Could it be a memory thing? Is it necessary these days to set MVCOUNT or some other variables? Properly lost on this one! Denis

>Folks, since upgradingto VFP7, some of my prg options are throwing me out with a fatal error, an example below. I cant trace the cause. There have been no code changes since moving fromn VFP6. The VFP runtime library files are in the application folder rather than microsoft, common etc. Any clues? Denis
