I am taking empty fileds and populating them via:
MmTextBox2.BindingSource = "SecurityCl1";
MmTextBox2.BindingSourceMember = "em_first";
MmTextBox2.Text = (dsEmployee.Tables["employee"].Rows[0]["em_first"].ToString());
MmTextBox2.DataBind() ;

I have to do this for 15+ boxes. I'd love :
with MmTextBox2
.BindingSource = "SecurityCl1";
.BindingSourceMember = "em_first";
.Text = (dsEmployee.Tables["employee"].Rows[0]["em_first"].ToString());
.DataBind() ;
