The XML avenue is one that I had not thought of.. originally we were going to avoid the COM route because of possible deployment issues within our office.. we would have prefered that the .net code handle the bulk if not all of the processing without having to write/maintain the cfp com component.

But the low overhead and the relatively light maintenance on the COM object might allow this to work.. but again.. an all inclusive solution in .net would be preferred.. Thanks Jayesh for the reply.
