It is funny if you put it in a vacuum. Given the situation for the Iraqies it is not so funny, I'm sure you understand that. It also helps if you give some sort of indication that you are making an attempt at humor.

Now, let us not blind ourselves to one side and believe all accounts of being welcomed while dismissing other tragedies that are sure to happen in a war. Iraqies have been the big losers in all this, starting from the Gulf war. Those economic sanctions only affected them as it did nothing to dissuade SH from his dictator ways.

Someone said in a previous post and I agree, the biggest mistake was not to remove him back then.
