My new client is using New Epson Printer, For the plain text report , it can print very well. HOwever, if the report got the "*.bmp" , the Epson Printer will got "red light" on. No more paper is printed.
The user must shut down the printer ,start it again. Then. re-print the report again.

Can anyone give me some suggestion ?
