Hi everybody :-))

I am getting strange error message "Alias Name is already in use"
if I run my software under W2000, meanwhile no such error under W98 ?!?
What is goin' on ?

I am still using VFP 6.0 / SP5

VFP HELP SAYS:

Alias name is already in use (Error 24)

You have attempted to use a table with an alias that is associated with another table already in use

I am running multiple datasessions at all times, and some tables/aliases are
used (shared) by more then one datasession - but this shld be OK (!?!)

It worked fine for almost 3 years, now as we installed software on
new W2000 machine we started getting this message.

Any hint/link/solution higly appreciated
