Tracy,

>Some Iraqi civilians will be grateful, others will be hidind and searching for new means of wealth and status (ex republican guards, govt, terrorist supporters, etc - these people will have no means of support for sometime and will be desperate)

Soon this morning I've listened in the radio (Alexandre Garcia - Brazil - Radio Antena Um - 7:00am Brasilia time) telling that luxury hotels in Lebanon are full of Iraq wealthy people (that have runaway from war), just waiting to go back home and "align" with the invading "new government" (the US proxies).

At the end all will be the same that happens whenever US intervenes in other countries's internal affairs: nothing changes in that country but companies in the US fill their pockets with lots of $$$.

This reminds me another old brazilian saying: "Change the flies but the s* is still the same" ("Mudam as moscas mas a m* continua a mesma").

They have to learn "democracy" by their own means, even if that takes centuries!

Fernando
