I'm not sure, that happened with that particular message, but it could be, that the server's database was used for update mode when you tried to post your message. I don't think, it could happen on this site.

BTW, my original handle was restored on tek-tips site. However, all threads, I started there under that handle, are deleted.

Update. Saw the answeres from other members: your message does exist, you probably just had some problems with the Browser...
