>>>I had the opportunity to live in several South American countries (even a few months in Blumenau, SC – Brazil), and a lot in Spain.

hey, that's cool! :)

>>>That “hate” (like Hilmar Zonneveld pointed out in some messages) it’s generated because US administration regarding foreign policy and such.. nothing to do with common American citizen.

Yeah, the diplomacy is really a bad thing... that "Powell guy" has been saying some bad things about Brazil that people over there didn't like that much... :-/

>>>Detestation to citizens generally shows up when some poll result supports things like Operation Iraqi Freedom (to point the most recent).

that's true...

>The truth is that there’s almost the same distribution of good and evil everywhere therefore you may find both everywhere.

ah, that's in what I believe! you got to the point. :)

>>>Personally I disagree with lots US “parameters” but that isn’t an obstacle to get and/or build true and loyal friendship with people (in fact, one of my best friends is American)

yup, agreed. I have a bunch of friends with whom I disagree in a lot of things, but that doesn't mean we can't be friends. There's a keyword here: respect! :)

Cool, the same here... it's getting warmer in Houston; perfect weather for a refreshing beer. :)
Remember to stop by once you came here.
