If you really value small then that is great, but there are some things I noticed.
10 MB is not a lot of memory. But external SD memory is an option.
Digital zoom is WORTHLESS. I can explain why if you like, but you probably already know.
F4.2 is small - that means several things. The flash has to be brighter so red eye is more likely and it hurts the battery life. It normally means the camera will have a hard time focusing, but this one is fixed focus. Auto focus cameras will give a better look, but I would rather have fixed focus instead of unfocused.
Now the built in Lithum Ion battery sounds pretty nice. I wonder why it isn't done more often. It may make up for the flahs having to be brighter.

http://exilim.casio.com/index.htm, you'll find the new Exilim Casio model which is the size of a credit card and only .9 inch deep. It is a 3.2 mega pixels and it includes a small zoom. But, hey!, the size is really something with all those features. And the best? It's price is more than reasonable for a component so compact.
