Is it possible that UACQUERY is the result of a SELECT (...INTO CURSOR...) command that actually gave you a filtered result set?
If so then the USE done near the top won't actually do much.

Adding the NOFILTER clause to the SELECT making UACQUERY will assure a real cursor.
