Thanks for the comments! I try to be as responsive as possible since I've been pretty enthused about the product and have already invested a lot of work into it. Plus, I'm always trying to perfect things and add new features that users are asking for so I do spend a lot of time on it. Also, if there is something that is broken or that I'm not properly supporting yet, I really work hard to make sure that I fix it as quick as possible. I hate making mistakes. <bg>
Even after I talked to the Midwest User Group last month, I've made a lot of improvements to my FRX processing to support even more complex reports that users have sent me. So it's a good idea to always check my website for updates. I will soon be releasing and update that will add support for GIF images. I'm just finishing up testing.

Probably the best part of the Report Engine is the incredible
customer service that Mr Simpson provides to clients. I don't
believe Rich sleeps very much. A friend of mine is using the
RE and was working late and sent Rich a question around midnight.
He told me he got a response within 15 minutes.
I'd highly recommend checking out the Report Engine demo at a
minimum...
