...and so another negative rumour about VFP begins based purely on the assumption that VFP is flawed...
Valter, I have been running VFP7/SP1 apps on WinXP systems extensively for many months - both running apps at user sites and also developing on XP systems in-house (as I am sure many others here have done too).
We have one VFP7 app which is installed on over 3000 sites - all flavours of Windows from 98 to XP. If there was an inherent fault with VFP and WinXP dont you think this would have been highlighted in depth here on the UT?
Have you tried installing just VFP7 "out of the box" on your XP machine and seeing if you can run it as previously suggested?
