Sergey Thanks for your response. After having problem with the Fondation Class crosstab(xtab). Nadya had previously posted a thread about FastXtab.I downloaded FastXtab from UT and I was able to do what I wanted. Actually FastXtab proved to be much faster and a better solution than the foundation class.

Once again thanks for being such a help to those of us who operate as one man programing shops and have to rely on UT for help.
