In my knowledge, it is not possible to distribute free msgraph 8 runtime
with vfp 7 since msgraph is not shipped with vfp 7.

So I created a msgraph5 runtime setup in VFP 5
I run this setup as post-setup executable from a vfp 7 app setup created using ISX_LE
The setup process looks a bit strange to end-user , but it works.
